BYC Build a Better Body Image is designed to help you move away from the negative cycles keeping you stuck where you are; the yo-yo dieting, the binge/restrict cycles, the self criticism and lack of self-worth, the punishing yourself with gruelling workouts or obsessing over calories. 
It aims to break you free from the narrative that your body is the issue, because, quite frankly, that is what is keeping you stuck in a shame cycle, repeating yourself time and time again, yet feeling further and further from where you want to be.

With weekly webinars on various topics linked to health and body image you will learn how to stop using your body as the punching bag, and instead start to work with it to make long lasting change.
