What the Candida Diet taught me…
… I have struggled with some of these symptoms for most of my life (digestive issues, poor immunity, painful periods…) but after experiencing covid (which I had twice) more of these symptoms raised their head (fatigue and brain fog being the worst)…
I’ve put on weight
My body is not the problem. Just as your’s is not your problem. Unfortunately our body’s become the punching bag. They get the side effects and consequences of our actions and then, in turn, the blame.
Building a better body image.
Would you believe your body image actually has nothing to do with how you look?
Body image is more about how we view ourselves, yet we don’t always see the truth.

Well whatever your answers are, a good evening routine will help you not only with your sleep but it will also have numerous other benefits including improved mood, productivity, self-esteem and even a reduction in stress and anxiety.
But what should an evening routine involve?

Health is about more than the aesthetics. Healthy can look different from one person to the next. Health incorporates your mind as well as your body; it is about how you fuel yourself, how well you move, how you interact with the world around you and how you deal with all the emotions and stresses life throws your way. If one element of the scale is off, then your overall wellbeing is affected and therefor surely the only way to achieve the title of being in good health, is to have all the scales balanced.
